Scope Expansion
If you initially planned just a TV mount but then realize you want a shelf installed, you can add that item. Whether the Pro can accommodate the extra scope depends on their schedule and skill set.

Steps

  1. Message the Pro, mentioning the new item or service.

  2. They may create a Custom Offer or update the existing booking’s price.

  3. You approve the new amount before the service begins. If your service is already in progress, you'll have to accept the changes in-app before your pro begins to work on the additional items.

Caution: Expanding scope mid-service can be done, but it might affect total cost or the scheduled end time. Always get mutual agreement to avoid confusion at checkout.
