If your initial impression was poor but fixable, you might contact the Pro politely and mention your concerns. They may be willing to offer a partial refund or come back to correct mistakes. Be advised, your pro is not required to make any specific changes.

Steps

  1. Use the in-app chat or the contact method you used previously.

  2. Give them clear, constructive feedback: โ€œThe table still wobbles. Could you revisit?โ€

  3. See if they respond with a solution.

If Unresponsive
You may maintain a negative review if the Pro fails to address your complaint, or escalate to Support for potential mediation.
