UrbanMount respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from its users. If you see content on our Platform that you believe infringes copyright, follow the notice procedure outlined below.
Reporting Infringements
To file a complaint about infringing material or links hosted on UrbanMount, please email us a written notice containing your full name, signature (electronic acceptable), identification of the copyrighted work in question, description of the allegedly infringing material or link, the specific location (URL or reference) where it appears, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that you have legal grounds for claiming infringement. Our designated copyright agent reviews each submission. If valid, we may remove or disable access to the material promptly.
βRepeat Infringers
We adopt a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly commit or are repeatedly accused of copyright infringement. Our team tracks repeated complaints to determine if a pattern emerges.
βCounter-Notification
Should your content be removed due to a copyright claim and you believe it was taken down by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. This generally requires a sworn statement of good faith that the content is not infringing, plus consent to jurisdiction in the region where UrbanMount is located. We will reinstate content if no legal action is pursued by the original complainant within a specified timeframe.
