Identifying the Issue
Maybe you selected a 50” TV when it’s actually 60”. Or you marked an item as small assembly, but it’s more complex. If you realize your error, fix it ASAP.
If you have not been matched with a pro yet:
Go to My Services or Select the appropriate service.
Select Make Changes.
Adjust the item type or details.
Confirm any resulting price changes.
Save your updated booking info.
If the Pro Has Already Accepted:
You might need to initiate a Making Changes discussion. The Pro can confirm or propose a revised cost. Failure to disclose correct info might risk cancellation or extra fees.
