Default Schedule vs. Calendar Events
Default Schedule: Your typical availability pattern (e.g., Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.).
Calendar Events: Overwrites or modifies specific days (vacation, personal errands, or a bigger outside job).
Configuring the Default
In App → Edit Profile, input daily start/end times.
Save. Quick Add features use these hours to quickly add availability to your calendar.
Editing Over Time
If your usual hours change (e.g., you switch to 4-day weeks or prefer nights), update it promptly. Otherwise, client's scheduling expectations might be misaligned with your schedule.
Combining With Calendar Availability
When quick adding availability to your calendar, your schedule determines the time range for the added availability slots. Making sure that your default schedule is updated will ensure a smooth experience for you and your clients.
