UrbanMount is committed to an inclusive environment free of discrimination or harassment. This policy clarifies expectations for all users, reaffirming that no one should be treated differently based on protected traits or subjected to abusive conduct.

  • Policy Statement
    Users—be they Clients or Professionals—must not refuse service, impose differing terms, or otherwise harass individuals based on race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any legally protected status. We encourage open, constructive dialogue that does not cross into slander, intimidation, or hateful remarks.

  • Examples of Discrimination
    Charging higher prices strictly due to someone’s background, refusing to communicate with individuals of certain ethnicities, or making disparaging remarks that degrade someone’s identity are forms of discrimination. Harassment can include jokes, threats, unwanted touching, or repeated sexual advances. UrbanMount prohibits all such behaviors in line with both federal and local laws.

  • Reporting Violations
    Anyone feeling targeted by or witnessing discriminatory or harassing acts should promptly contact support. We handle complaints confidentially to the extent possible. Violators may face account suspension or termination, along with potential civil liabilities if the matter is escalated.

  • Fostering Inclusivity
    We urge all users to approach differences with tolerance and courtesy. If special accommodations are necessary (for instance, a wheelchair-accessible workspace), mention them in the booking details. Working together to accommodate each other’s needs creates a more welcoming, productive community.
