UrbanMount strives to cultivate confidence between Clients and Professionals. Our SafeStay Assurance program offers limited, last-resort coverage for certain types of property damage or theft that might happen during a Professional’s provision of services. This Assurance is neither an insurance policy nor a guarantee of personal protection, but an additional layer of support for Clients under specific circumstances.

  • Scope and Eligibility
    SafeStay Assurance covers documented property damage or theft directly attributable to a Professional’s actions while on-site for a booked, paid, and completed service made entirely through the UrbanMount Platform. Only Clients who adhere to UrbanMount’s Terms of Use and meet SafeStay’s eligibility rules may file claims. Coverage generally excludes pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, intangible losses, or any property not connected to the specific service.   • Filing a Claim
    To start a claim, notify UrbanMount Support within 72 hours after service completion. Include relevant evidence, such as photographs, invoices, or communication logs. UrbanMount may request access to inspect damages or documentation of your own insurance policies, because any personal or homeowner’s coverage remains primary. Our SafeStay Assurance applies only after those policies have been explored.

  • Investigation and Outcome
    Our team evaluates claim details, consulting both you and the Professional. If sufficient proof is established, we may offer partial or full compensation, up to the specified cap. Such resolution might involve re-performing the service, providing a monetary credit, or compensating in another agreed manner. UrbanMount’s decision on coverage is final and cannot be guaranteed for every incident.

Important: SafeStay Assurance is intended as a last resort when a legitimate claim cannot otherwise be resolved via the Professional’s personal or business insurance. UrbanMount reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the Professional or withhold future payouts if found responsible for unresolved damage.
