If the Pro arrives and discovers the work differs significantly from your stated details, kindly discuss revised expectations. Many issues can be resolved with an honest conversation before starting.
Option to Cancel or Rescope
You might choose to cancel if the mismatch is severe. However, short-notice cancellation fees may still apply. Alternatively, the Pro can create a new or updated invoice to reflect the correct scope.
Dispute Resolution
Should you feel overcharged or misled, finalize the service under protest and contact support with pictures, chat logs, or any relevant evidence. We’ll investigate under the usual guidelines.
