Overview
Professionals who use the “Invite Users” feature in the UrbanMount for Pros app may earn referral-based commissions when a referred Client creates an UrbanMount account using the designated link and meets certain booking milestones. The referral’s “bonus period,” along with any applicable commission rates, depends on the policy in effect for the Professional’s location at the time the new Client signs up. The full terms and potential changes to rates or expiry dates are visible in your Pro app under the “Invite” or “Referrals” section.

Which Bookings Qualify
Only bookings that the referred Client completes via AutoMatch qualify for the referral-based commission. Services arranged through Direct Booking, Custom Offers, or any scenario where the referring Professional is the direct provider do not count toward the referral bonus. Instead, the program is meant to reward professionals when a client they referred to the platform utilizes the AutoMatch feature, regardless of location.

Tracking and Earnings
You can track each referral’s usage in the “Referrals” list within your Pro account, where you’ll see the total services they booked through AutoMatch and an overview of the commission you have accrued. UrbanMount may withhold payouts if the referred Client cancels or disputes charges. Referral percentages and commission rates may fluctuate based on your region, promotional periods, or other factors. Once the bonus period expires, no further commissions apply for that Client.

Expiration and Changes
UrbanMount reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral incentives for any location or period. In such cases, pending referrals might continue under the old terms for a grace period or transition to updated terms as indicated in your app. We also may revoke referral bonuses if we detect attempts to game the system by creating duplicate accounts or misrepresenting user identities.
