Communication First
Notify the Pro immediately if an item’s dimensions or weight significantly exceed your earlier statement. They may need to bring additional help or specialized equipment.

Possible Outcomes

  • Adjusted Price: Heavier items may demand extra labor or a second person, leading to a higher rate.

  • Rescheduling: If the Pro isn’t prepared for the heavier load, you could reschedule under Services → Rescheduling rules.

  • Cancellation: If the discrepancy is too large or the Pro can’t manage the item, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for potential fees.
