Marking a Service Complete
At the end of a service, you may be prompted to Confirm Completion. You’ll see a prompt in your app or an email/SMS link to confirm everything is done and satisfactory.

If You’re Satisfied
Tapping Confirm Completion releases payment to the Pro, minus any hold period. This also opens the option to leave a review. Once confirmed, changing your mind might be more complex, so carefully review the final results before hitting confirm.

If You’re Unsatisfied
Decline the prompt or let the Pro know you have concerns. The Pro can then adjust the final price or revisit the work. If no mutual agreement is reached, you may need to escalate to Support for resolution.
