Steps to Clarify
When the scope or item list changes, ensure the Pro calculates a new rate. Let them send you a “Revised Offer” or mention the updated total in chat.

Accepting or Declining
If you find the new figure too high, you can respectfully negotiate or decline. However, if you’re mid-service and the Pro has already done partial work, a fair partial payment might be required for their time.

Final Confirmation
Check your app for the updated rate. Once you tap Approve Changes, the new figure is binding unless you re-negotiate again or contact Support if something is amiss.
