Service Cancellations: What to Expect
Updated over 2 months ago

Overview

Clients may cancel for various reasons—emergencies, changed circumstances, or even simple misunderstandings. Knowing the platform’s cancellation windows and fees helps you plan your day.

Key Points

24-Hour Rule

Many cancellations made under 24 hours from the scheduled start time incur a fee paid to you, unless you choose to waive it for goodwill. This fee is equal to the original anticipated payout for the service, up to $100.

Previously Rescheduled Services

If the client had already moved the appointment once and cancels again under 24 hours before the new date, the same fee often applies.

Updating Your Calendar

Once a cancellation is confirmed, remove or adjust that time slot so it’s free for other bookings.

Heads Up: For more in-depth guidelines on fees, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
