Can I Cancel a Service That I Previously Rescheduled?

Policy Clarification
Yes, but if you previously rescheduled the service with less than 24hr notice, a cancellation fee may apply. This prevents situations where a service is rescheduled and then cancelled shortly after it is rescheduled to avoid a cancellation fee. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.

Steps

  1. Go to the Services tab in the UrbanMount App.

  2. Locate your booked service.

  3. Hit Cancel.

  4. You’ll see a note if a cancelation fee will be applied.
