Can I cancel my service?

General Rules
Yes, you can. Cancellation policies differ based on timing. Usually, no fees apply if you cancel 24+ hours before the scheduled start. If you do so within 24 hours, a full service charge (up to $150) may be imposed. See Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Steps to Cancel

  1. Open the Services tab in your UrbanMount app.

  2. Select the relevant service.

  3. Click Cancel and follow the prompts.

  4. If a fee applies, you’ll be notified.

Good to Know
Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in reduced booking priority in the future. If you’re uncertain about final plans, consider scheduling a slightly later date or clarifying your flexibility with the Pro.
