Yes, But…
Rescheduling is permissible if the Pro agrees and if you do so before the 24-hour cutoff to avoid potential fees. Inside that window, the Pro must confirm or you risk a cancellation charge.

How to Reschedule

  1. Go to the Services tab in your UrbanMount app.

  2. Select the appropriate service.

  3. Chat with your technician and request a new time.

  4. Suggest a new time slot. The Pro must approve and reschedule the service on their end for the changes to be final.

Risk of No Availability
If the Pro’s calendar is full, it might be difficult to reschedule on short notice. Attempt to handle reschedules at least three days in advance.
