Purpose of the Intro Call

UrbanMount schedules a short 20-minute Zoom or phone session to make sure you’re ready to succeed on the platform. This helps you understand key features, ensures you’ve got the right skill categories, and clarifies your questions. It also allows the UrbanMount team to get to know you and see if you're a good fit to join UrbanMount.

How to Schedule

  • After account creation, navigate to Onboarding Tasks in your app.

  • Tap “Schedule Intro Call,” pick a date/time from the available slots.

Platform Walkthrough

  • Accepting/declining jobs, reading client requests, and using the chat.

Policy Basics

  • Quick reminders about insurance requirements and code of conduct.

Pro Tips for Success

  • Suggestions on building a profile, encouraging reviews, and setting the right availability.

Rescheduling or Canceling

  • Use the same Onboarding Tasks section to reschedule if you can’t make it.

  • If you must cancel altogether, contact Support; you generally can’t proceed to accept jobs without finishing this step.
