Start a New Offer

  • Tap Create Offer. You’ll see fields like “Service Title,” “Description,” “price,” “Time Estimate,” and “Scheduling Type.”

Service Description

  • Be Detailed: Outline scope (e.g., itemized tasks, any materials you’ll supply).

  • Add Timelines: Mention approximate completion time or stage breakdown if multi-day.

Pricing Structure

  • Full Up-Front Payment or 50-50 Split. If you choose split, specify the first payment’s due date.

  • Optionally, add taxes if needed. More on that in Payment Processing + Sales Tax.

Attach Individual Policy

  • If you have a personal policy (warranty, disclaimers), attach it here.

  • Remember UrbanMount Terms Of Use overrides any conflicting points.

Review & Send

  • Double-check for typos or missing costs.

  • Tap Create Offer and send a custom offer link to your client (if off-app), or confirm the offer in-app/

Tips

  • Include Photos if it’s a unique job (optional).

  • Time Estimate should also factor travel or break times.
