Cancellation Scenarios
If the client cancels before you start, they may face a partial fee—depending on the policy you attached and UrbanMount’s rules.
If canceled mid-task, document what’s been done to request partial compensation.
Formal Dispute
Escalate to Support if direct negotiation fails. Provide all relevant proof (screenshots, chat logs, photos).
UrbanMount’s support may review the service description, the acceptance logs, and any custom disclaimers you attached.
Protect Yourself
Always keep in-app communications for clarity and proof.
Encourage the client to confirm each stage of the job, especially if it’s multi-day.
