Tour of the Urbanmount Partner Dashboard

Learn where Partners monitor products, orders, services, analytics, and settings.

Overview

The Partner Dashboard is where authorized Partner team members review their Urbanmount setup, connected Shopify catalog, commerce activity, and available service information. The areas you see can vary based on your account and current setup.

Who this applies to

This tour is for Partner administrators, ecommerce teams, catalog managers, operations teams, and customer-support staff with authorized access.

What you can see

Dashboard

The main view summarizes information that may need attention. Use it as a starting point, then open the relevant area to review individual records.

Products

Products shows catalog information received from your connected Shopify store. Open a product to review its variants and whether Urbanmount can currently offer the relevant service. A product and its variants may not always have the same eligibility result.

Commerce and service activity

Depending on your setup, you may see areas for Shopify orders and related Urbanmount service activity. Use the Shopify order identifier and the identifiers shown in the Partner Dashboard when comparing records. Customer names alone are not reliable for matching.

Analytics

Analytics may provide summaries for the activity available to your account. Before comparing totals, confirm that the same date range and filters are selected. A summary can differ from another view when the filters or included activity differ.

Store and account settings

Available settings can include business details, authorized users, or customer-experience options. Change only settings you understand, and verify the customer experience after important updates.

Help

Use Help to contact Urbanmount and keep follow-up information in the same conversation.

What to expect

Recent Shopify changes may not appear immediately. Refresh the relevant view before repeating an action or reconnecting the store. Continue to edit native products and orders in Shopify unless Urbanmount tells you otherwise.

If an area is missing, it may not apply to your account. If a total looks unexpected, clear unnecessary filters and inspect the underlying records before reporting an issue. Limit screenshots and shared information to colleagues who need it.

Get help

Open Help in the Partner Dashboard. Include the page name, selected filters, date range, expected result, actual result, exact message shown, and relevant Shopify or Urbanmount identifiers. For a recent change, include the date, time, and time zone. Hide unrelated customer information in screenshots and never send passwords or payment details.
