Update Business and Support Contact Details

Keep Partner profile, customer-facing support, email, and password information current

Overview

The Account tab in the Urbanmount Partner Dashboard lets authorized Partners review and update the business and contact details shown for their account. Keeping these details current helps Urbanmount and, where applicable, customers reach the correct team.

Operational contact details and customer-facing support details may serve different purposes. Review each field before saving instead of entering the same contact automatically.


Who this applies to

This applies to Partners with permission to manage Settings. Available fields and security controls may vary by account and access level.


Visible meanings

  • Business name identifies the Partner business shown in the Partner Dashboard.

  • Contact name and Contact phone are the operational contact details displayed for the account.

  • Website URL is the Partner website associated with the account.

  • Support email and Support phone are the support contacts entered for customer-facing use where Urbanmount makes them available.

  • Account email is the email associated with account access and account communications.

  • Change Password opens the available password-update flow.


Steps

  1. Sign in to the Partner Dashboard using an account with permission to manage settings.

  2. Open Settings, then select Account.

  3. Review the current business, operational contact, website, and customer support details.

  4. Update only the fields that need to change. Use a complete website address, a monitored email inbox, and a phone number your team can answer.

  5. Select Save changes.

  6. If the Partner Dashboard asks you to confirm a business-name change, review the new name carefully before confirming.

  7. After the success message appears, reopen the tab and confirm that the intended values are displayed.

  8. To update the account email, select the available email-change control and follow the security prompts shown.

  9. To update the password, select Change Password and complete the prompts. Use a unique password and do not share it with Support.


What to expect

The Partner Dashboard validates required fields and may highlight an email address, website, or phone number that needs correction. A confirmed change becomes the account information displayed by Urbanmount where that field is used. Security changes may ask you to sign in again.


Get help

Contact Urbanmount Support if a valid change will not save or the wrong value remains visible. Include the Partner account name, affected field, intended value with sensitive portions redacted, exact error message, and a screenshot. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full private contact details.
