Notification Preferences

Choose Partner order, platform, and marketing email settings

Overview

The Notifications tab in the Urbanmount Partner Dashboard lets authorized Partners manage the optional email preferences available to their account. These controls can cover order activity, platform updates, and marketing communications.

Notification preferences do not necessarily control essential account, security, billing, service, or legal messages. Urbanmount may still send those communications when appropriate.


Who this applies to

This applies to Partners who can see Settings → Notifications in the Partner Dashboard. These preferences apply to Partner account communications, not customer service messages. Available controls may vary by account.


Visible meanings

  • Order notifications controls the optional order-related email preference displayed for the Partner account.

  • Platform updates controls the optional platform-update email preference displayed for the account.

  • Marketing emails controls optional promotional and product-update emails.

  • Marketing frequency records the available frequency preference selected in the Partner Dashboard. It does not guarantee when or how often an email will be sent.

  • Save changes becomes available when the page has a change ready to save.


Steps

  1. Sign in to the Partner Dashboard and confirm that you are viewing the intended Partner account.

  2. Open Settings, then select Notifications.

  3. Review the current setting for Order notifications and switch it on or off based on your account's preference.

  4. Review Platform updates and choose the preference appropriate for your team.

  5. Review Marketing emails. If marketing is on, select one of the frequency options currently shown in the Partner Dashboard.

  6. Select Save changes.

  7. After the success message appears, reopen Notifications and confirm that the intended selections are displayed.

  8. If emails are going to the wrong inbox, review the account email under Settings → Account. The Notifications tab may not provide a separate recipient field.


What to expect

The saved selections become the Partner account's current optional email preferences. A preference change does not retract messages already sent, and it may not apply to essential communications. Email delivery can also be affected by the account email, spam filtering, and mailbox rules.

If Save changes is unavailable, first confirm that at least one selection differs from the currently displayed setting.


Get help

Contact Urbanmount Support if a preference will not save or you receive an unexpected optional email. Include the Partner account name, partially redacted account email, affected preference, selected frequency if relevant, message subject, date, and a screenshot. Do not include customer data or email contents unless Support requests the minimum information needed.
