Introduction
UrbanMount requires every Professional to maintain liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, helping ensure both Pros and Clients are protected. This is a foundational requirement; no Pro can accept jobs without maintaining valid coverage that meets our minimum threshold.

• Regulatory & Legal Standards: Certain trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing) mandate coverage in many jurisdictions.
• Platform Integrity: UrbanMount’s brand is built on reliability; requiring insurance upholds a consistent level of professionalism.
Minimum Coverage Details
• $1M per occurrence is mandatory.
• An aggregate limit (often $2M or more) is also highly recommended if you handle large or multiple projects.
• Certain endorsements (e.g., for subcontractors) can be beneficial if you regularly hire helpers.
