Protecting Yourself
If the work involves high-value items or significant risk, consider requesting updated proof of insurance from the Pro directly. You might also rely on personal homeowners or renters insurance for extra coverage.

SafeStay Assurance
Our SafeStay Assurance Terms provide a last-resort measure for documented property damage due to the Pro’s negligence, but it has specific conditions and limitations. Insurance claims remain primarily the Pro’s or your personal insurance’s responsibility.
