Purpose of SMS Messaging
Text messages help keep Clients and Professionals informed about service confirmations, last-minute changes, and important safety alerts. Additionally, UrbanMount may deliver promotional or marketing communications regarding new features or relevant campaigns.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number, you confirm it is your number to share, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you authorize UrbanMount to send automated or non-automated SMS messages. Standard messaging/data rates may apply. You do not have to agree to receive promotional SMS to use UrbanMount’s core services, but functional or important system alerts may still be sent.
Frequency and Opt-Out
The frequency of messages depends on your usage pattern. You may, at any time, opt out of marketing texts by responding with “STOP,” “CANCEL,” or a similar keyword. Once unsubscribed, you may no longer receive promotional messages; however, important operational messages, such as service appointment confirmations, might continue, as permitted by law. For complete termination of all texts, contact support or update your notification settings in your account.
Potential Delays and Liability
UrbanMount is not responsible for SMS delivery failures, message delays, or issues arising from third-party carriers. You accept that message delivery may vary depending on mobile service coverage or technical constraints.
