AutoMatch Payment Terms

By booking a service through UrbanMount's AutoMatch system, you agree to the following payment terms:

Authorization of Payment Hold

Upon confirming a booking, you authorize UrbanMount to place a temporary hold on your provided payment method in the amount of the quoted service total. This hold is not an immediate charge but reserves funds to secure your appointment and ensure technician availability.

Final Charge Timing

You further authorize UrbanMount to capture the full amount of the held funds under the following conditions, whichever occurs first:

  • Upon confirmed completion of your scheduled service, or

  • Seven (7) calendar days after the originally scheduled service date, regardless of completion status.

This policy ensures prompt and reliable payment processing for services rendered or reserved.

Stored Payment Credentials & Future Charges

By submitting your payment details, you agree that UrbanMount may securely store your payment method using our PCI-compliant payment processor. You authorize UrbanMount to:

  • Charge your stored card for optional post-service tips, when submitted by you;

  • Charge for approved service modifications, such as item upgrades or scope changes confirmed by you through the UrbanMount platform (web or app);

  • Apply additional service charges, if reasonably necessary to complete your job and explicitly approved by you via written message, app interface, or voice confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled service without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. After this window, your payment may be captured in part or full in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds are reviewed and issued at UrbanMount’s discretion for any unrendered or disputed services, based on internal investigation and technician records.

Fraud Protection & Dispute Resolution

To prevent fraudulent claims or misuse of the platform, all booking, payment, and communication data are timestamped and recorded. Any disputes or chargebacks made in violation of these terms may result in your removal from the platform, forfeiture of access to future services, and potential collection activity or legal action.

UrbanMount is not liable for unauthorized third-party use of your payment method unless due to gross negligence on our part. If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact [email protected] immediately.
