How to update personal information (clients)

Overview
Keeping your personal information current is key to receiving accurate service recommendations and ensuring that Pros can contact you at the right phone number or address. Whether you need to change your contact details or upload a new profile picture, UrbanMount allows you to do so through the UrbanMount app.

Updating via the Mobile App

On the UrbanMount app, you can change your password, phone number, or profile picture, and more.

  1. Open the app and log in.

  2. Use the bottom tab navigator to go to Account.

  3. Tap on My Information.

  4. Update your name, phone number, email address, service address, or Account Type by selecting the appropriate field

  5. You may be asked to re-verify your information in order to proceed.

Additional Tips

  • Remember to enable push notifications so you don’t miss important updates or scheduling confirmations.

  • If you have trouble editing certain fields, you can contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Note: Updating your service address while a service is in progress will not change the service address for any of your active services. To request an address change for a specific service, reach out to your pro vis the in-app chat or text message.
