Occasionally, a location or time slot may have low Pro availability. You’ll see a No Match Found message, or your request may remain pending beyond 12 hours.

Temporary Holds on Payment
If AutoMatch fails, the pre-authorization hold typically releases within a few days, unless you choose another booking route.
