Where to Look
Once a Pro is assigned—either via AutoMatch or your direct selection—a profile link appears on the Service Details screen. Clicking it shows the Pro’s average rating, photos of previous work, and previous client reviews.

Reading Client Feedback
Past Clients often leave star ratings and short reviews. Glance through them to see if the Pro typically arrives on time, communicates well, or excels at a specific type of service.

If Unsure
Still have doubts? Chat with the Pro or consult "Can I Get an Estimate Before Booking?" to see how their typical pricing compares to your budget. You may also switch Pros within an hour if you booked via AutoMatch and remain dissatisfied.
