We understand you may feel uneasy if the Pro’s reviews or skillset don’t align with your expectations. By giving users a one-hour grace period, we strike a balance between quick scheduling and user satisfaction.

How to Request

  1. Open your booking details in the UrbanMount app.

  2. Click Request a New Pro.

  3. Provide a brief reason—like “Their profile lacks relevant experience.”

  4. We’ll attempt to re-match you promptly.

After the One-Hour Window
If you proceed beyond an hour, the normal Refund & Cancellation Policy might apply to any changes or cancellations.
