Automatic Confirmations
After you submit payment details, your booking is typically auto-confirmed, placing a hold on your chosen time slot. However, some service requests require the Pro to confirm the service and connect with you. You’ll see a Schedule Pending label until that happens.

Scheduling Windows
Pros have 1 hour arrival window for scheduled services. You're able to view this window at any time by accessing your Service Details. Confirm any flexible times or constraints in your chat with your pro prior to your service date.

Keeping Track
You can see your upcoming bookings under the Services tab in the UrbanMount app. If a Pro requests to reschedule, you will receive a chat notification and can discuss details with your pro in the chat.

Late or No-Show Situations
Should the Pro fail to arrive within the agreed window, try messaging them. If you can’t reach a resolution, refer to our Services → What to Expect or see the subfolder on Cancellations for next steps.
