Take pictures or gather any evidence. This helps if you need to file a SafeStay Assurance claim or dispute. Remain polite but firm about your expectations for remedy.
Final Steps
If the Pro can’t or won’t fix the situation, contact Support. We might suggest partial refunds, scheduling a different Pro, or exploring coverage under the Fraud and Damage Policy.
