Purpose of Reviews

Reviews help customers make informed decisions and enable pros to improve their services. Your honest, constructive feedback strengthens the entire Urbanmount community by recognizing excellent work and identifying areas for improvement.

Writing a Good Review

Focus Your Review On:

  • Quality of work - Was the installation done correctly and professionally?

  • Timeliness - Did the pro arrive on time and complete work as scheduled?

  • Communication - Were they responsive and clear about the process?

  • Professionalism - Did they respect your home and follow safety practices?

  • Value - Was the service worth the price paid?

Be Specific and Balanced

  • Include relevant details about what went well or poorly

  • Mention if the pro went above and beyond expectations

  • Note any issues and how they were (or weren't) resolved

  • Keep feedback constructive and factual

What's Not Allowed in Reviews

Personal Attacks or Harassment

  • Offensive language or profanity

  • Comments about personal appearance

  • Discriminatory remarks about race, religion, gender, age, or nationality

  • Threats or intimidating language

Irrelevant Information

  • Personal information (phone numbers, addresses, email)

  • Comments unrelated to the service provided

  • Speculation about the pro's personal life

  • Comparisons to other service providers

False or Misleading Content

  • Fabricated events or claims

  • Reviews for services not actually received

  • Conflict of interest (competitors, family members)

  • Incentivized or coerced reviews

Inappropriate Content

  • Advertising or promotional material

  • Political statements unrelated to service

  • Medical or legal advice

  • Content violating privacy or confidentiality

Review Standards

Keep It Professional

  • Avoid emotional language written in anger

  • Wait 24 hours after a negative experience before reviewing

  • Focus on facts rather than assumptions

Be Fair and Honest

  • Don't exaggerate issues or praise

  • Acknowledge if problems were resolved

  • Consider the full experience, not just one aspect
