“Why is my payout stuck at ‘Pending’?”

  • Possibly the client hasn’t tapped “Complete” or there’s a system verification in progress.

“What if the client left, but never confirmed completion?”

  • You can submit a Payment Request with photos and job logs. If the client doesn’t respond, UrbanMount may auto-complete after a certain period.

“Can I keep a card on file for recurring clients?”

  • Not directly. Each job is a new or custom offer. However, if the client’s card is saved on their end, new services can be quickly processed.

“My bank is charging a separate fee?”

  • Some banks have transaction fees or monthly charges. UrbanMount isn’t responsible for these additional bank fees.

“Do I need a business account instead of personal?”

  • It’s recommended for clearer bookkeeping, but not strictly mandatory unless your local regulations require it.
