How does payment work when booking a service?

Steps

  1. Select a Service: Pick your item or category, confirm the date, and see the price.

  2. Enter Payment Info: Provide a valid credit/debit card or other accepted methods.

  3. Pre-Authorization: We charge your card the full service price. If it fails, you’ll need to update payment in order to book. For Custom Offers, your pro may adjust the payment schedule. You'll be notified of this accordingly when accepting the offer.

  4. Completion and Confirmation: After the job, you or the Pro finalize any changes. Then you confirm the service. At this time your pro receives the payout.

If Payment Fails
In cases of repeated declines or incomplete info, we may suspend your booking or account until resolved.
