Steps at a Glance
Sign Up: Create an account using your mobile number.
Browse: Explore available Service categories.
Book: Use AutoMatch to request an eligible Pro or Direct Booking to select a Pro.
Pay and Confirm: Complete the applicable checkout, receive the Service, and use the Platform’s completion or support tools.
Our Role
Urbanmount is a marketplace and does not employ Pros to perform Services. The Customer and assigned Pro form the Service contract under the applicable terms. Support and dispute-resolution channels may be available. SafeStay Limited Service Protection applies only when it is shown for an eligible Service and is governed by the controlling SafeStay Terms; it is not insurance or an unconditional guarantee.
