Steps at a Glance
Sign Up: Create an account using your mobile number.
Browse: Explore categories for tasks like furniture assembly, TV mounting, or other specialized services.
Book: Use either AutoMatch to be paired automatically with a pro or Direct Booking to pick someone specifically.
Pay and Confirm: Pay online, receive service, and once you’re satisfied, mark the appointment as complete.
Our Role
UrbanMount does not employ Professionals directly. We simply connect you with independent, experienced service providers. The ultimate contract rests between you and the Professional—although we offer SafeStay Assurance or resolution channels for certain issues.
