UrbanMount uses secure third-party processors to store and encrypt your payment details. We don’t generally see your full card number; it’s tokenized for transaction safety.

Upfront Amount Charge
When you book, we charge your card the service amount. Once the service is completed and you confirm, that amount officially charges. If you or the Pro revise the bill, it adjusts accordingly.

Payment Release
The Pro doesn’t receive funds until you mark the service as complete or after a short confirmation window. This fosters accountability and fairness on both sides.
