Purpose

To maintain honest feedback while preventing harmful or false content. UrbanMount rarely intervenes, so only explicit violations prompt removal or edits.

Grounds for Removal

  1. Inappropriate Content: Harassment, explicit or hateful language.

  2. Irrelevancies: Rants entirely unrelated to the service experience.

  3. Privacy Breaches: Sharing phone numbers, addresses, or personal data without permission.

  4. Fraudulent or Extortionate Behavior: If a client demands freebies in exchange for a good review, or your competitor tries to sabotage your profile with fake negativity.

Steps to Dispute a Review

  • Submit a formal ticket with proof that it meets the above criteria.

  • UrbanMount’s team reviews and rules based on evidence.

  • The final decision is typically communicated within 7–10 business days.
