UrbanMount Credits and the Client Referral Program give Clients an avenue to explore professional services at reduced or no added cost. Below is an overview of how these programs work, including eligibility, expiration rules, and potential limitations.
Credits Defined
UrbanMount Credits are non-cash, promotional balances that can offset the service cost for a future booking. Clients earn them through promotional offers, marketing campaigns, or as goodwill gestures when situations warrant a partial credit. Credits may only be applied on the UrbanMount Platform for the posted service price; they cannot be sold, transferred, or converted into cash, and they expire after a certain period, typically 12 months from issuance.
βClient Referral Program
Clients who share a unique referral link with friends or relatives may earn bonus credits if the referred individual creates an account and completes a qualified booking. The referral must be a first-time user who meets all sign-up requirements. Both the referrer and referral may receive credits, depending on the promotional offer. However, UrbanMount retains the right to withhold or cancel such credits in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, or policy violations.
βUsage Constraints
Credits do not eliminate any taxes, cancellation fees, or surcharges that might apply to a service. They do not affect third-party supply costs or custom offers that exceed standard pricing. For refunds, you will generally be repaid in credits if that was your original method of covering the service cost.
β
Note: UrbanMount Credits are purely promotional. They are not legal tender, and any attempt to trade or redeem them for cash or outside the UrbanMount environment breaches our Terms of Use.
