How It Works
AutoMatch pairs your service request with a Pro who’s available in your zip code. You simply select your service category, item details, and schedule preferences. UrbanMount then searches for a suitable match.

Timeframe
The matching can take up to 12 hours. If no Pro is found, you’ll be prompted to use Direct Booking. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead of your desired service date to increase the likelihood of a match.

Replacing a Pro
You have a one-hour window from the time you receive the assigned Pro to request a different match. Use the Request a New Pro button or contact support if the first match seems unsuitable.
