Your pro might keep you updated on any last minute changes or arrival updates in the UrbanMount chat. Keep an eye on the chat to ensure you don't miss anything.

Communicating Delays
If the Pro is running late, they should message you. If you do not hear from them and the window has passed, refer to What If Something Goes Wrong Mid-Service? or Services → Canceling if needed.
