Temporary Holds
UrbanMount may request a “pre-auth” to check if you have sufficient funds. This hold isn’t an actual debit yet but lowers your card’s available balance until released or captured.

Release Timing

  • If the hold was not converted into a final payment, and your service is successfully completed, the hold transforms into a final charge.

  • If no Pro is found or you cancel before 24 hours, the hold typically releases within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Tips
Keep an eye on your card statements. If the hold doesn’t drop off after a week, contact your bank or Support with your booking reference.
