Identifying Violations
A review might be subject to removal if it contains:
Hate speech, profanity, or personal attacks.
Sensitive private info (like personal addresses or phone numbers).
Discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, religion, etc.
Requesting Removal
Check the Review Removal Policy in the help center.
Gather screenshots or direct quotes.
Contact UrbanMount (Support) with a detailed explanation.
Wait for the official decision. UrbanMount may or may not remove it, based on guidelines.
Partial vs. Full Removal
Some reviews get partial redaction (e.g., removing a slur), while the star rating remains visible.
